Producer’s Picks of the Week: Justice, Immigration Policy, and the Gender Pay Gap in Erie County

On this edition of Producer’s Picks of the Week, we revisit three conversations. First, Jillian Hanesworth sits down with Geraldine Pointer, Terrance Pointer, and James Coughlin. The three discuss the motives behind the Justice for Geraldine and Martin campaign. Next, we revisit a conversation Jay Moran had with Jennifer Rizzo-Choi, the Executive Director of the International Institute of Buffalo. The two discuss how the Institute is navigating federal changes in immigration policies. Finally, we throw back to a conversation Jay Moran had with three individuals who spearheaded a report that breaks down the gender pay gap in Erie County. We welcome Karen King, the Executive Director of the Erie County Commission on the Status of Women, and two members of Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations Buffalo Co-Lab: Cathy Creighton, the Director of the Co-Lab, and Rusty Weaver, the Director of Research.
