Join our fun community oriented dance classes and get moving! We will demonstrate and practice basic Balinese dance skills and methods in an inclusive and fun environment. Balinese dance is beautiful movement art that uses the whole body and is incredibly expressive.This class will teach fundamental movements and positions as well as learning choreography for two Balinese dance songs.

This event celebrates our 20 years of fostering learning and community with food, drinks, music, raffles, auctions, and festivities. 21+ OnlyAn Evening with EVCS will be hosted at the EVCS Hertel Campus at 665 Hertel Avenue. Ex Machina, Côté Danse, Dvoretsky Productions and Show One Productions revive “The Tragedy of Hamlet: Prince of Denmark,” the groundbreaking wordless reimagining of Shakespeare’s iconic tragedy by visionary director Robert Lepage and renowned dancer/choreographer Guillaume Côté, celebrated for his long tenure as a Principal Dancer with The National Ballet of Canada. Former National Ballet of Canada principal dancer Sonia Rodriguez comes out of retirement to join the internationally acclaimed production as Queen Gertrude. Following a sold-out world premiere in Toronto and a global tour that included 43 performances across 15 cities in 5 countries, the ballet returns to Elgin Theatre April 24-26, 2026.
