Amherst looks to the future of the Boulevard Mall

As the Boulevard Mall continues to depreciate in value, Amherst officials are pitching the location to prospective buyers and will put the property on the auction block this spring. Town Supervisor Brian Kulpa acknowledges the property faces challenges, but he also sees possibilities for  Amherst as the town moves into the future.
