Jim Fink of Business First sees a major ripple effect following the announcement that all HSBC employees will be transferred out of the HSBC Tower on Main Street.
According to Fink, the move will leave much of the building's 38 floors nearly empty, creating an excess of business office space in downtown Buffalo.
