A City of Tonawanda man has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from an injury accident in June.
After leaving a North Tonawanda tavern, Anthony Regalla struck a number of objects with his car, including two pedestrians, before ending his ride in the canal. Both pedestrians suffered significant injuries. One remains in danger of losing a foot.
Regalla, who has four previous DWI charges, faces 22 counts in this indictment.
He professed confidence that he will beat the case.
