Hamburg school superintendent Richard Jetter has pleaded guilty as charged to a third degree charge of falsely reporting an incident.
Jetter had claimed that his car was damaged in a school parking lot on May sixth, before eventually admitting that it was damaged the previous day in South Buffalo.
Jetter faces up to a year in prison when he is sentenced November 25th.
Jetter is on administrative leave and still getting paid as Hamburg superintendent, but school board members have said talks are underway to buy him out and move on.
