Buffalo Chamber Players @ Asbury Hall: Inventions
The Buffalo Chamber Players opens its 18th season on Wednesday, October 30th at 7:30pm at Asbury Hall. The program explores musical innovation from the Baroque to the contemporary with works by Isabella Leonarda, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Jean Cras, Caroline Shaw, and a new work by Buffalo-based composer Caroline Mallonee.
The evening includes:
Jean Cras: Suite en duo for flute and harp
Isabella Leonarda: Sonata No. 12 for violin and continuo
Caroline Mallonee: of a feather
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: String Quintet No. 3 in C major, K. 515
Caroline Shaw: Entr’acte

Doors open at 7pm, with music at 7:30pm. Full-service cash bar is available.
