Press Pass: Showcasing historic Niagara Street warehouse

When you think of warehouses, you probably have a vision of big block buildings.  There's nothing distinguishing about them.  But there are a handful of old warehouses in Buffalo from more than a century ago that are architecturally significant.

Buffalo Spree's Elizabeth Licata explores once such landmark in this week's Press Pass with WBFO's Mark Scott.

The warehouse at 885 Niagara Street was built shortly after the turn of the last century for the Buffalo Milk Company.  Licata says it was constructed with the Medina sandstone that was a popular building material in that era.
