Free, handicapped-accessible event designed for older adults

Get ready to step into the spotlight and enjoy a memorable evening at the "Lights, Camera, Action" Senior Prom. This spectacular and FREE event, designed specifically for older adults, is set to take place on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 4 to 7 pm at Buffalo Toronto Public Media, 140 Lower Terrace, Buffalo. The building and event offer accessible entrances with free parking in the adjacent lot off Charles Street.

Senior Prom promises to be an enchanting evening for older adults in our community. Attendees are invited to dress up (or not!) and connect with others for a delightful opportunity to socialize, dance, dine, and have a fun photo moment. The red carpet will be rolled out, and guests will be treated like royalty. Here's what to expect:

  • Live Music – Renowned band, The Boys of Summer, will provide live music with a focus on classics from the 1950’s, 60’s, and 70’s.
  • Culinary Delights – Enjoy a wonderful dinner, courtesy of Chef’s.
  • Dance to the Classics – Move to the rhythms of your favorite tunes. The dance floor awaits, so put on your dancing shoes and waltz back in time.
  • Capture the Moment – Visit our photo booth to capture the memories of this magical evening. Pose with friends and loved ones for keepsake snapshots.

This FREE event promises to be a night filled with glitz, glamour, and golden memories. It's a chance for our community's older adults to shine.
