Gov. Andrew Cuomo appeared in Buffalo Wednesday to discuss updated seating policies at Sahlen Field, where the Toronto Blue Jays will play their Major League Baseball home games beginning June 1. In addition to fans being let in this year, the ballpark will also serve as a COVID vaccination center.
