The Buffalo Bills have announced their choice of the investment bank and law firm to oversee the sale of the franchise.Morgan Stanley is the financial advisor, and the law firm of Proskauer Rose will provide legal advice. They will conduct an evaluation of the team, and determine what purchase offers are viable.
Both firms have experience in sports mergers and acquisitions. They hope to start contacting potential buyers within the next 30 days.
