There is expected to be a change in leadership in the Buffalo Common Council.  WBFO'S Eileen Buckley says for the last eight years, Fillmore District lawmaker David Francyzk has served as Council president, but now Lovejoy District Council member Richard Fontana is apparently gaining new support to lead the Common Council in 2012
