A couple of suitcases that once belonged to a patient treated at the former Willard Psychiatric Center in the Finger Lakes region decades ago is now on display locally. WBFO's senior reporter Eileen Buckley takes us to Buffalo's Museum of disABILITY for a look inside suitcases.
