"Because there are so many unbelievable metaphors. On the grave site of the old economy, where Republic Steel stood, now rises literally, a beautiful monument to Buffalo's future."

Cuomo says Buffalo is now a national model for economic resurgence.

The Solar City project is expected to create nearly 3,000 High-Tech Jobs in Western New York. The factory is expected to begin production in early 2016.
