Best vantage points to see Niagara Falls frosted over?

Courtesy of YouTube/Niagara Falls USA Winter 2015

Niagara Falls is not completely frozen over, but the snow and ice that's blanketed the area has made it a sight to see.  Photos of the wintry Falls have been trending across social media sites, gaining national media attention and attracting folks to see for themselves.

WBFO's Jay Moran spoke with Michelle Blackley, Communications & Community Relations Manager with the Niagara Tourism & Convention Corporation, about the icy Niagara...

Blackley recommends Prospect Point for viewing the Falls. She says it's a great place to see the Falls in its entirety despite the mist.

Blackley adds on a mild day, the Observation Tower might be open.  She also notes Niagara Falls State Park has several areas for viewing.
