One of Buffalo's best known companies will see some changes at the top.
New Era Cap has announced President Pete Augustine is stepping down. Augustine leaves the company after nearly 25 years of service. Augustine joined New Era in June 1990 as the company’s very first accountant.
In a statement released to the media, Owner Chris Koch stated, "Pete has been instrumental in my company’s growth and has contributed to our numerous business deals, partnerships, and acquisitions during his tenure that generated great value to the company. I want to personally thank Pete for his significant contributions and I wish him all the best."
Koch will take over as president of the company in addition to continuing his current role as CEO.
