Have you spoken to loved ones about your "End of Life" plans?

Pulitzer Prize Winning Columnist Ellen Goodman is in Buffalo today to talk about "End of Life Planning."  Goodman is the keynote speaker for the P2 Collaborative of Western New York's 8th annual conference.

Ellen Goodman is co-founder of "The Conversation Project," an effort aimed at getting people to talk to loved ones about how to plan for life's end.  Goodman notes it is important to have a conversation with family and friends about your wishes and to appoint someone to make decisions if you're not able.  Her effort began after she faced the death of her own mother without every having spoken with her mom about the topic.

The mission of P2 Collaborative of Western New York is to improve the health of Western New York residents.  Today's conference is one way they address the issue.
