Three Lockport teens are in custody after an armed home invasion and attempted robbery last night. Lockport Police report that 19-year-old Maria Parete, 16-year-old Lewis Williams and 16-year-old Kyliek Bembo forced their way into a Lock Street home, keeping residents and their guests at bay by brandishing a pistol. A number of electronics were grabbed by the intruders, but all were caught as they attempted to escape the scene.
The three face first-degree robbery and other charges.
New York State Police and the Niagara County Sheriff's Department assisted in the case.
