President Obama to speak on cost of higher education

Western New York Congressman Brian Higgins is ready to greet President Obama as he arrives at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport this morning. Congressman Higgins will also ride in the Presidential motorcade. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley spoke with Higgins about why President Obama is using the University at Buffalo for a back drop to discuss the importance of higher education and access to it.
