A County Supreme Court decision has created the opportunity for a Conservative Party primary in Buffalo's mayoral race.
Judge John Michalek ruled that candidate Sergio Rodriquez is eligible to challenge Mayor Byron Brown in a primary for the Conservative line. The party's chairman, Ralph Lorigo, had moved to prevent Rodriquez from the Opportunity To Ballot. Rogriquez is also running as a Republican candidate.
The primary will be held on September 10th.
