Buffalo's Olmsted Parks Conservancy held its annual gala Friday night. Saturday morning Olmsted will be hosting a panel discussion on the parks titled "The Best Planned Park System in the World-Buffalo". That discussion takes place at the WNED Television studio at 10 a.m.
