A Genesee County man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery. Genesee County Sheriff's deputies and Batavia Police coordinated in the apprehension of 36-year-old Sean Case, a Batavia resident, for a heist earlier in June at the Pandora's Boxxx Novelty Store. Case is also thought to be a person of interest in an armed robbery that was recently reported in Pavilion.
He has been arraigned on a felony robbery charge.
