You and the Law: NY's SAFE Act

One of the most controversial pieces of legislation coming out of this year's State Legislature is the SAFE Act -- the gun control law. It has many controls and restrictions. This week on You and the Law, Mike Desmond speaks with attorney Scott Miller about some of the provisions covering those with gun permits.
