SkyView Learning Group in Buffalo continues assisting citizens with job training that is lifting some off the welfare roles. Over the last several years, SkyView has been providing workforce training. It also partners with area employers to place clients in jobs.
WBFO's Eileen Buckley recently met with a SkyView client, Deanner Peake of Buffalo, and the president of the program Orlando Perez. Perez wanted Peake to share her story of how she got off public assistance and became gainfully employed at Time Warner Cable.
