Governor Andrew Cuomo visit to Buffalo Monday has been postponed. The Governor was expected to outline the state's recently-passed budget and speak at the University at Buffalo Monday afternoon and then hold a similar event in Rochester. But the Governor's office said both Western New York visits have been postponed due to weather conditions.
In beating the deadline of April 1, Albany leaders were able to pass an on-time budget for the third consecutive year. The spending plan includes business tax cuts, middle class tax rebates and increased aid to many school districts across the state.
