The prediction of cold temperatures this weekend is causing the issuance of a Code Blue by the Western New York Coalition for the Homeless. The mercury is expected to dip into the lower teens during the nighttime hours. Those in need can find shelter at the City Mission or St. Luke's Mission of Mercy. Shelter, a cot and a hot meal will be provided.
