Town Board members in West Seneca are questioning the billable hours of a town employee.
Mary Josefiak oversees the town's departments of youth, recreation and senior services, which have been combined under her leadership. Questions have arisen as to the overtime bills that she is submitting. Josefiak claims that officials instructed her to file overtime hours for reimbursement. The town is claiming that her union status shouldn't provide for such a benefit, a cost that has reached nearly $5,000.
