A Town of Concord woman has been arraigned on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The Erie County District Attorney's Office says 28-year-old Bobbie Jo Laurie struck her 6-year-old daughter in the face with a plastic baseball bat. Laurie is also charged with failing to exercise minimum caution, by allowing 30-year-old Steve Scroger to shoot her 6-year-old and her 4-year-old daughter multiple times with a BB gun. The girls were bruised by the BBs.
Laurie pleaded not guilty to all charges and bail was set at $5,000 cash. She is due back in court September 19.
