A traffic stop by Jamestown Police ending up revealing a vehicle with 244 bags of heroin hidden within its console area, according to police. The State Police K-9 unit was called in after Jamestown officers pulled over four people in a vehicle at East 2nd and Kipp Street. Arrested and held for arraignment for drug possession and using drug paraphernalia were 21-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Robles, 22-year-old Valerie Davila-Torres, 28-year-old Jamie Rolan-Robles and 22-year-old Fermin Rodriquez-Robles.
