Hyatt's All Things Creative, a family-run art supply store, is planning to move out of its longtime Main Street location in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood for a new headquarters in North Buffalo by year's end, a company spokesperson said.
Founded in 1959, Hyatt's will leave its familiar space at 910 Main for a new 40,000-square-foot space in North Buffalo.
Elizabeth Hyatt-Martin, the company's marketing director, would not disclose the address of their future location but told WBFO they have outgrown their existing space.
"We love the neighborhood, but there's just not enough accessibility in terms of getting trucks down the back streets, the parking and then really having a building that's on one floor and can accommodate everybody," she said.
Hyatt-Martin said business has grown thanks in great part to an increase in e-commerce.
Hyatt's also operates a location in Clarence.
