Buffalo, NY – Protestors gathered in Niagara Square on Saturday to speak out against the concentration of power and wealth on Wall Street.
An organization called Occupy Buffalo, following the lead of Occupy Wall Street, brought approximately two hundred people before City Hall to speak against the political strength of the wealthy and the ills of corporate greed. Protester Matt Richardson explains the inequity of politics as usual.
The grassroots movement has been appealing to citizens of all ages and has been spreading to a number of cities across the nation. The original protests in Manhattan have been ongoing for four weeks and the appeal of the message is gaining some momentum.
