Buffalo, NY – Anyone who ever attended one of the Catholic elementary schools throughout the Buffalo Catholic Diocese is encouraged to attend an all years reunion this Friday.
The theme of this second annual event is ""The Spirit We Share - Reunion 2011". Karin Krasevac-Lenz serves as the Diocesan Director of the Catholic Alumni Partnership of Western New York.
More than 80 past and present Catholic elementary schools will be represented. Former students will be able to reconnect with classmates and some former teachers.
And for those planning to attend...they might want to dig around in their attic or storage. Alumni are encouraged to bring along anything they may still have from their days at their former catholic grade school.
Each school will be set up geographically. Bishop Edward Kmiec will welcome attendees and offer a special blessing.
The Catholic elementary reunion takes place this Friday, September 23, at the Hearthstone Manor in Depew.
