Buffalo, NY – Long-time Assemblyman Sam Hoyt has accepted an appointed position in the Cuomo Administration. That is the main focus of this week's Press Pass conversation with WBFO's Chris Jamele and Artvoice editor Geoff Kelly.

They also discuss the state's new same-sex marriage law and the selection of Benderson Development to re-development of the Donovan building downtown.
