West Seneca, NY – West Seneca Police made an arrest in the murder of an elderly man. 79-year-old Conrad Pinker was found dead inside his home on Laurelton Drive in West Seneca late Monday afternoon.
West Seneca Police said they have arrested 48-year-old Jonathon Lewicki of South Park Avenue in Buffalo. Police said the believe Lewicki was a disgruntled employee of Pinker's.
Investigators said Lewicki was employed at Pinker's Gardenspot Nursery in Cheektowaga, but was recently fired.
Lewicki has been charged with second degree murder, but police said more charges are pending. He is scheduled to be arraigned in court some time Tuesday.
Relatives of Pinker discovered his body while checking on him Monday. Police said his van was stolen and later found in South Buffalo.
Police will not say how Pinker died. An investigation continues.
