Buffalo, NY – The Self Employment Assistance Program has now been extended through the year 2013.
A bill sponsored by Assemblyman Robin Schimminger was approved by Governor Andrew Cuomo. The program assists those who are receiving unemployment benefits to establish small businesses in New York State while not jeopardizing their unemployment insurance.
The program is credited with creating thousands of jobs.
