Buffalo, NY – Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown says he is looking forward to the upcoming change in leadership in the Erie County Democratic Party.

County Chairman Len Lenihan announced last week he's leaving his post next month to head up a statewide effort to elect more Democratic county executives. WBFO's Mark Scott reports.
