Amherst, NY – Two people were killed Tuesday night on the Youngman Highway in a crash involving a group of motorcycles.
Police says the group of six riders was traveling east on the 290 at over 100 miles per hour, when two of the bikes went down near the Niagara Falls Boulevard Exit.
Amherst Police Captain Patrick McKenna says the investigation is still in progress.
Jose Amaro 29, of Lackawanna and Richard Caramazza, 27 were both pronounced dead at the scene.
A female passenger on one of the motorcycles, Tori Aceti, 21, of Niagara Falls, was taken to ECMC and is listed this morning in stable condition.
