Buffalo, NY – The prosecution in the Riccardo McCray murder trial will continue presenting its case Tuesday.
McCray is facing four murder counts and four counts of attempted murder in the shootings this summer at the City Grill.
Prosecutor James Barnegsi told the jury during Tuesday's session that a security guard hired for the private party was the first person to call the police.
Seven witnesses were called to testify Tuesday. The jury also saw police video recordings of the scene after the shooting, which upset family members seated in the courtroom. Some family members of the vicitms even left the courtroom unable to watch and listen to the aftermath of shooting massacre. It included victims shot dead, on the ground, with sheets over their bodies.
Jurors also listened to the 911 phone call made last August as gunshots rang outside. WBFO'S Michael Mroziak was in the courtroom when it played.
