Buffalo, NY – Television viewers in Upstate New York could soon see a resolution to the conflict between Time Warner Cable and Sinclair Broadcast over fees for Fox Network programming.
Officials with the two companies have tentatively agreed on a new contract.
A disruption in service would have affected viewers in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse.
