Buffalo, NY – Two of the region's largest and most successful school districts are on the hunt for new leaders. Superindent Thomas Coseo from Clarence and Superintendent Howard Smith from Williamsville both recently announced they're retiring. In this week's roundtable discussion, WBFO's Joyce talked with Buffalo News Suburban Editor Bruce Andriatch about the timing of those decisions. And about the challenges the districts now face hiring replacements.
