Buffalo, NY – Buffalo's tallest building could soon be without its biggest tenant. HSBC could possibly leave the tower and build a new 14-floor structure in downtown Buffalo on what's known as the Webster Block, at the foot of Washington Street.

In this week's Roundtable discussion, Bert Gambini talks with Jim Fink of Business First to learn what that possible move could mean for the downtown real estate market. At this point, Jim says there is still a lot of uncertainty.

Jim Fink covers real estate, development and transportation issues for Business First.
