Albany, NY – Governor Andrew Cuomo is wasting little time getting to work on solving the state's problems. Cuomo met with his top aides over the weekend, as he prepares to deliver his first State of the State address this Wednesday.

As WBFO's Mark Scott reports, the new governor offered a sneak peak of some of his themes in his inaugural address.
