Drafting Thruway plan to prevent stranded drivers

Buffalo, NY – The State Thruway Authority is drafting a plan to improve snow emergencies along the Mainline 90.

As WBFO'S Eileen Buckley reports, a meeting was held in downtown Buffalo Thursday to discuss the recent crisis of hundreds of stranded drivers during a lake effect snow storm.
