Gaughan celebrates downsize victory

Buffalo, NY – Two downsizing propositions were approved by voters in Tuesday's election. It was a big victory for long-time downsizing advocate Kevin Gaughan.

Voters in Erie County overwhelmingly approved reducing the size of the Erie County legislature from 15 to 11 members.

WBFO'S Eileen Buckley talked to Gaughan about potential court opposition.
