Downsizing ballot to be decided in court

Buffalo, NY – A legal battle is underway to make sure a proposition the calls to downsize the Erie County Legislature from 15 to 11 members is on the November ballot. As WBFO'S Eileen Buckley reports two lawsuits are being filed agianst the Erie County Board of Elections.
