Peter and Jeffrey's barrel at the brink Horseshoe Falls.

Niagara Falls, ON – On September 27th, 1989, Peter DeBernardi, 42, and Jeffrey Petkovich, 24, went over Niagara Falls in a barrel, and survived; they were the first duo to go over the Falls, saying they did the stunt to show children there are better things to do than take drugs.
