Buffalo, NY – A weekend shooting that left four people dead and four others wounded stunned the region because of its brutality.

A first anniversary wedding celebration turned deadly outside a downtown Buffalo restaurant during the early morning hours Saturday. Twenty-five year old Keith Johnson of Minnesota Avenue was arrested on four counts of second degree murder. But authorities later conceded they were not sure he did it. So, the charges against Johnson were formally dismissed in City Court Sunday. Johnson remains in jail because of a parole violation.

WBFO's Mark Scott has this timeline of the weekend tragedy and WBFO'S Eileen Buckley has community reaction.
