Buffalo, NY – Two local developers have made a bid for the mothballed Statler Towers in Buffalo.
The $700,000 offer from Mark Croce and James Eagan includes $200,000 for the building, plus another $500,000 in back taxes.
The court-appointed trustee in the Statler's bankruptcy case will ask a judge on Monday to set a sale date.
Neither Croce nor Eagan are commenting on their plans for the building.
