Buffalo, Ny – A decision in State Supreme Court has stalled the sale of the building that once housed School Thirty-Six.
An agreement had been approved by the city to sell the building to the Elmwood Village Charter School. The judge determined that the agreement violated the City Charter and that a higher offer should not have been rejected.
There is no word on a possible appeal of the ruling by the city.
