Buffalo, NY – A former employee at the Delaware North Companies has pleaded guilty to a second-degree grand larceny charge.
Theresa Dobrzanski is charged with having stolen better that one hundred and forty thousand dollars from retirement accounts she managed for retired employees. She claims to have taken the money to assist in paying for the care of her ailing mother.
Dobrzanski will be responsible for full restitution to the company. She will be sentenced in October.
